Hot Lunch Form for Camp Nexus 2026

Asalaamu Alaykum, 

Please complete this form to sign your child up for hot lunch during Camp Nexus. Please submit separate orders for multiple children.

This form covers all 3 weeks of camp (July 20 - August 6). Options for the second and third weeks will be added soon InshaAllah, please check back again later next week.

You may select all or some days.
Payment must be submitted in advance to confirm the order.

The deadlines for each days/weeks are as follows:

• 7/20 - 7/21: Sunday, 7/19
• 7/22 - 7/23: Monday, 7/20
• 7/27 - 7/30: Friday, 7/24
• 8/3 - 8/6: Friday, 7/31

⚠️ Please Note:

While we do our best to select clean and reputable vendors, we cannot guarantee that meals are free from cross-contamination (including nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.).

If your child has any sort of food allergy, we recommend sending lunch from home for their safety.
